摘要
为确保救生钟与失事潜艇的安全对接,分析了引导缆的安全性,建立了对接过程中救生钟受力平衡方程.在假定缆形为抛物线的条件下,计算了铠装缆的张力.通过编程解算平衡方程组,得到了引导缆受力与海流流速、工作深度、铠装缆冗余长度、推进器推力和正浮力的关系.计算结果表明:在1.7 kn海流内2、00 m以浅范围内,引导缆安全;但随着海流流速增大,引导缆倾斜渐增,无法保证救生钟对中坐落到失事潜艇救生平台上.分析认为应在救生钟与母船之间设立中继站.
The security of downhaul cable was analyzed to ensure safety operation of submarine rescue chamber. The balance equations of distribution loads of the submarine rescue chamber were established. Provided that the armored backhaul cable was parabolic curve, the tensile force was calculated, and the force relationship between the downhaul cable and current, work depth, the redundancy of backhaul cable, the thrust and buoyancy were obtained by computer programming. Calculation results show that the intensity of downhaul cable is enough if current speed is below 1.7 kn and work depth is within 200 m. Results also show that the relay station should be set up between submarine rescue chamber and wrecked submarine.
