摘要
为降低汽车液压动力转向系统中系统转向泵的能量损失,提出一种含有浮动块的新型平衡式变量叶片泵.采用复平面矢量数学分析法研究平衡式变量叶片泵的动力学特性,建立了平衡式变量叶片泵变量机构的动力学模型,并用AD-AMS软件对平衡式变量叶片泵变量机构进行动力学仿真.结果表明,浮动块体位移等变量能够较精确地反映变量机构运动规律,验证了该模型的有效性.
To reduce energy loss of present hydraulic power steering system, a variable displacement of double-action vane pump with floating blocks was developed. The dynamic model for the variable displacement of double-action vane pump was established by using vector of complex number equation, and ADAMS software was used to simulate the variable machines. The results show that the displacement parameters of floating block can reflect the law of movement of pump's variable mechanisms accurately, which demonstrates the validity of the model.
