摘要 [目的]探讨电针对血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织丙二醛(MDA)、乙酰胆碱脂酶(AchE)含量的影响。[方法]采用改良Pusinelli(4-VO)4-血管阻断法,建立全脑缺血再灌注大鼠痴呆模型,32只SD大鼠随机分为假手术对照组、模型对照组、电针治疗组、脑复康治疗组,给予相应措施处理后,同时处死大鼠检测其大脑皮质中MDA、AchE含量变化;用Y型电迷宫进行行为学测试。经统计学处理,比较组间差异。[结果]模型对照组大鼠Y电迷宫成绩低于假手术组(P<0.05),其大脑皮质中MDA、AchE含量测值较假手术组为高(P<0.05),各治疗组Y电迷宫学习成绩优于模型组(P<0.05);大脑皮质中MDA、AchE测值低于模型组(P<0.05);且与假手术组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]电针治疗可明显改善缺血性痴呆大鼠脑组织抗氧化能力,可能与减轻脑内活性氧损伤、自由基损伤反应,从而改善其学习记忆能力而产生治疗作用。 [Objective] To explore the effect of electric acupuncture on the level of malondialdehyde, acetylcholinesterase in cerebral tissues in rats with demention. [Methods] Vascular dementia in rat was established by reperfusion following cerebral global isehemia using a modified Pulsinelli-4-vessel occlusion method. Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into 4 groups : sham-operated control group, model group, electroacupuncture group, Piracetan group. They were treated with electroacupuneture, Piracetan, respectively. Histological survey was carried out to detect the contents of MDA and AchE in cerebral tissue after treatment. Y-type maze was used to measure the behavior of the rats. [Results] The scores of Y-type maze of the model group are apparently less than that Of sham-operated group (p〈 0.05). The level of the malomdialdehyde, acetylcholinesterase increased in cerebral tissue of model group compared with sham-operated group(P〈0.05). The levels of the malomdialdehyde, acetylcholinesterase in cerebral tissue decreased compared with model group(P〈0.05) after treatment. The scores of Y-maze of all treatment groups were higher than that of model group (p〈0.05),which is not different from sham-operated.(P〉0.05). [Conclusion] Electroacupuneture can apparently improve the learning and memory ability of rats with demention and the mechanism may be that eleetroaeupuncture can improve antioxidative ability and inhibit active oxygen injury to relieve the cerebral tissues and the reaction of free radicals. Eventually it can improve the ability of learning and memory of rats with demention.
