Synthesis of 2-(Arylsulfonyl)-1-(2-Thienyl)Ethanone

在80～85℃，TEBA／H2O体系中，芳亚磺酸钠和2－（2－噻吩基）乙酮反应生成2－（4－R－苯磺酰基）－1－（2－噻吩基）乙酮，产率75～96％，操作简便，反应速度快。它们的结构均被IR、1HNMR元素分析所表证。

In the system of TEBA/H20 at 80-85℃, a series of 2-(4-R-phenylsulfonyl)-1-(2-thienyl) thanone (R=H, CH3, F, Cl, Br) were obtained in a yield of 75-96%, by the reaction of Arylsulfinate and 2-(2-thienyl)ethanone. The method is simple and the speed is fast.Their structures are confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1HNMR.
