摘要
新课程的实施对教师所赋予的要求、期待和职责等,使其在心理上正经受着前所未有的冲击,心理问题也比以往任何时候更为突出。采用SCL-90症状自评量表和自编教师基本工作状况问卷,对楚雄市460名中小学教师的心理健康状况进行调查与分析,结果表明,新课程实施中教师存在一定的心理问题,心理健康状况不容乐观。为保障新课改的顺利推进,须对此给予高度关注和重视,并进行有针对性的疏导。
Based on the questionnaires about 460 teachers' mental health in seven schools of Chuxiong City, the result shows that most of they have mental health problems to some certain extent under the Background of New Curriculum. The author points out that we must pay more attention to these problems in order to promote the reformation of new curriculum.
