摘要 通过对中性白细胞(PMNS)-内皮细胞之间相互作用,白细胞迁移作用与浸润(旋转、黏附、迁移),白细胞、内皮细胞黏附分子(L、P、E-选择子,整合子)等细胞生物学作用讨论,并基于"广义生命时空场论"与机体损伤反应综合征"SD1D2F"4阶段说之学术观点,阐述了白细胞与内皮细胞之相互作用在多系统危像综合征、机体损伤反应综合征中的细胞生物学机制。本机制乃作者首次提出。 The cellular biologic mechanism of the interaction of leukocyte - Endothelial, the transmigration( Rolling, adhesion, migration) &invasion of PMNS, the adhesion molecule(L- selectin, P- selectin, E- selectin, Integrins) of PMNS and Endothelial etc was discussed in this article. Base on the theory" General life time - space- field- theory/ GLTSF" and the view of "SD1D2F" Four periods of Body injury response Syndrome( BIRS), the authors for the first time proposed the cellular biological mechanism of the interaction of Leukocyte - Endothelial in multiple systems Crisis Syndrome(MSCS) and BIRS.
