云克治疗难治性类风湿性关节炎32例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Refractory Rheumatic Arthritis Treated with Yunke

目的观察云克治疗难治性类风湿性关节炎的疗效与安全。方法将64例难治性类风湿性关节炎患者随机分成两组,各32例,治疗组给予云克注射液第1疗程:云克10 mg,1次/d,静点;第2至第4疗程:云克5.0 mg,1次/d,静点。每1疗程均为10 d,疗程间隔3周。柳氮磺胺吡啶250 mg,3次/d,口服,甲氨喋呤5.0 mg,每周1次,肌注。对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶500 mg,3次/d,口服;莱氟米特20 mg,1次/d,口服;甲氨喋呤7.5 mg,每周1次,肌注。分别于云克治疗后的第2、第4疗程结束时进行疗效评价。结果治疗组第2疗程结束时,总有效率75.0%;第4疗程结束时,总有效率87.5%。对照组第2疗程结束时,总有效率34.38%,第4疗程结束时,总有效率46.88%。统计学处理,采用χ2检验(精确概率法)两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论云克治疗难治性类风湿性关节炎疗效好,副作用小。

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety on treatment of refractory rheumatic arthritis with Yunke injection. Methods 64 cases of such patient were divided into two groups randomly. The test group was treated with Yunke 10 mg in first course and 5 mg in second to fourth course （10 days as a course） and 3 weeks interval, sulfasalazine ：250 mg intake tid and methopterin 50 mg im every week. The control group was treated with sulfasalazine 500 mg tid, lafumit 20 mg qd in take and methopterin 7.5 mg im every week. The curative effects were assessed at 2 and 4 course. Results The total effective rate after 2 course was 75.0% in therapy group 34.38% in control group. The total effective rate after 4 course was 87.5% n therapy group 46.88% % in control group with significant differenct P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The yunke injection might have good curative effect with less side effect.
