Research of the Bonding of TiNi Shape Memory Alloys

采用传统的焊接方法难以实现TiNi形状记忆合金的连接,限制了它的应用.对TiNi形状记忆合金的分类及性能进行概括,论述了目前熔化焊、固态焊和钎焊在TiNi形状记忆合金上的应用,并简要分析了现有连接方法的不足.

It is difficult to achieve the bonding of TiNi shape memory alloys by using traditional welding method. This paper generalize the sort and performance of TiNi shape memory alloy. Melt welding,solid diffusion welding and braze welding are discussed and the existing problems are analyzed.
