摘要
高职院校新教师入职培训不仅关系到新教师能否尽快适应工作岗位,也关系到高职教育质量。本研究通过对高职院校新教师进行问卷调查和访谈,了解新教师的入职需求,分析新教师在入职初期遇到的困难和问题,以此增加新教师入职培训的针对性和实用性,提高培训效果,有利于高职教育质量的提高。
New teachers' job-taking training in vocational colleges not only concerns the problem if the new teachers can adapt to the job as soon as possible, but also concerns the quality of higher vocational education. Through the questionnaire and interviews with the new teachers of vocational colleges, this paper analyzes their jobtaking demands and the difficulties they have met at the very beginning of their career, which is in the hope of strengthening the pertinence and practicability of their job-taking training, enhancing the training effect and improving the quality of higher vocational education.
