新农村建设背景下我国农村职业学校的困境与突破

在推进我国农村现代化的进程中,积极有效地将农村剩余劳动力转移为强大的人力资源是最根本的一环,而社会主义新农村建设对劳动力的要求迫切需要农村职业学校加强对农村劳动力的培养,所以搞好农村职业教育是现在最急需解决的问题。虽然国家对新农村建设给予了很大的关注,但是由于传统观念的影响,农村职业教育的"反贫困"作用还未被认识等因素使得农村职业学校的发展面临很多困境。解除这些困境需要多方面的努力,包括职业学校加强自身建设,找准自己的生存空间,农村职业教育与普通教育的互相渗透等。

In the course of advancing our country countryside modernization, shifting the unified purchasing of farm produce effectively is very important. So Countryside vocational education is the needed question to solute urgently. Although the states has given the very big attention, as a result of traditional ideas influence, the function to ＂counter-impoverished＂ of Countryside vocational education isn＇t known. To relieve these difficult positions, we need various endeavor, including that Vocational school must strengthen the self building, seepage with general education mutually and so on.
