从世界各国行刑社会化的发展趋势来看,社区矫正已经成为一种主要的刑罚执行方式。2003年我国社区矫正试点工作正式启动。社区矫正试点工作的开展正好为我国未成年犯的改造和回归提供了一个新思路、一条新途径。与此同时,未成年犯社区矫正实践也对我国传统的刑罚执行理念和方法提出了新的挑战,因而,对"社会工作理论与方法在未成年犯社区矫正中的运用"这一课题进行研究具有重要意义。

Community rectification has become a trend to execute punishment. In 2003, the work started offically. The pilot work was carried out to provide a new thought and an approach. Meanwhile this practice challenged the traditional ideas and methods of executing punishment, thus the research into this task has significant meaning.
