多项检测指标对糖尿病肾病早期诊断价值的探讨

The research of the clinical value of associated several index in the early-diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨多项指标联合检测对糖尿病肾病早期诊断的价值。方法采用99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像法及放射免疫分析法对33例2型糖尿病患者的肾小球滤过率(GFR),血、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-M),尿白蛋白(Alb)水平进行检测。结果2型糖尿病患者尿蛋白定性阴性组GFR水平与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);尿Alb、β2-M均有不同程度升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。血β2-M两组比较无明显差异。结论用多项指标联合检测对DN的早期诊断、治疗、改善预后有一定的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of associated several index in the early-diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Using 99m^Tc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging and radio immunoassay glomerular filtration rate （GFR） and β2-M,AIb were determined in 33 patients with type 2 diabetesinellitus （T2DM）.Results The degree of GFR,ceneentration of urine Alb,β2-M in T2DM patients with negative urine albumin were more than those of control group. The consistence of plasmaticβ2-M were no statistical difference between two groups. Conclusion Combining several index can help DN early-diagnesis, therapy and improving prognosis.
