摘要
目的确定脑心舒胶囊的制备工艺条件。方法采用喷雾干燥法和冷冻干燥法分别考察蜜环菌浓缩液和蜂王浆的干燥工艺;以休止角和堆密度为指标测定流动性,确定微粉硅胶的用量,并结合服用剂量最终确定胶囊的型号。结果蜜环菌浓缩液喷雾干燥工艺条件为:相对密度1.10~1.15(g·mL^-1,80℃热测),进风温度180-190℃,出风温度85-95℃,喷雾速度为2500mL·h^-1。蜂王浆冷冻干燥工艺条件为:蜂王浆→-35℃以下(保持近1h)→抽真空→板层温度以0.5℃·min^-1的速度升温至-10℃左右→提高板温至30℃以上,50℃以下→待板温与制品温度几乎重合,保持约6h。微粉硅胶用量:1.0%,胶囊型号:1号。结论该工艺稳定可行。
Objective To determine the best preparation of naoxinshu capsules. Methods Spray drying and vacuum freeze drying were used in inspecting the drying condition for Armillaria mellea concentrated solution and royal jelly. The quantity of micropowder silica gel was determined according to powder mobility which was evaluated by pile con centration and dormant angle. The type of capsule volume was decided by amount and dosage of prescription powder. Results The optimum spraying dry conditions of Armillaria mellea concentrated solution were: relative density 1.10- 1.15 (g · mL^-1 , 80℃), feed flow rate 2 500 mL · h ^-1, inlet temperature 180-190 ℃, and outlet temperature 85- 95 ℃. The optimum vacuum freeze drying conditions of royal jelly were: royal jelly was kept for 1 h under -35 ℃, then changed vacuity to 30-60 Pa, and heated to -10 ℃ according 0.5 ℃ per minute for first sublimation, and at last to 30-50 C for second sublimation, which might be kept for 6 h. The quantity of micropowder silica gel was 1%, and the type of capsule was No. 1. Conclusion The optimized preparation technique is stahle and feasihle.
