摘要
目的建立测定赶黄草中没食子酸含量的反相高效液相色谱方法。方法Hypersil BDS-C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(10:90),检测波长为270nm,流速为0.8mL·min^-1。结果赶黄草中没食子酸与其他成分得到很好的分离,测定没食子酸含量的线性范围为0.0040~0.1006mg·mL^-1,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.22%。结论本方法简单、快捷、重现性好,适用于赶黄草中没食子酸的含量测定。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Penthorum chinense Pursh. Methods Gallic acid was analyzed by RP-HPLC on a Hypersil BDS-C18 column and detected at 270 nm. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (10 : 90) at 0. 8 mL · min^-1. Results Gallic acid was well separated from other compounds in Penthorum chinense Pursh. The calibration curve was linear at 0. 004 0 0. 100 6 mg ·mL^-1 of gallic acid with correlation coefficient 0. 999 8. The average recovery of gallic.acid was 99.22%. Conclusion The method is fast, reliable, accurate, and suitable for the analysis of gallic acid, and for the quality control in Penthorum chinense Pursh.
