高效液相色谱法测定上清丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of berberine hydrochloride in Shangqing pills by HPLC

目的建立上清丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Diamonsil^TM C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-0．05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钠溶液（每1000mL中加十二烷基磺酸钠1．7g）（40：60）；流速1．0mL·min^-1；柱温：25℃；检测波长：345nm。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量在0．2575～0．6009越与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为98．42％（RSD=1．09％，n=9）。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于上清丸中盐酸小檗碱含量的质量控制。

Objective To establish a content determination method for berberine hydrochloride in Shangqing pills. Methods HPLC analysis was carried out with DiamonsilTM C18 column （250 min× 4.6 mm, 5 μm）, and acetonitrile-0. 05 mol · L ^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate （1.7 g sodium laurglsulfate added to 1 000 mL solution） （40 ： 60） was the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 ; the column temperature was 25 ℃ ; and the detection wavelength was 345 nm. Results Berberine hydroehloride was linear within 0. 257 52-0. 600 88 μg for bilirubin （r= 0. 999 9）, and the average recovery was 98. 42% （RSD=1. 09%, n=9）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of the Shangqing pills.
