摘要
文章介绍了威尔兹工艺的基本原理及各有价金属在回转窑处理中的存在形态和基本行为。采用该工艺在生产实践中回收了Zn,并实现了Pb、In和Bi等有价金属在产品次氧化锌中的富集,有利于进一步回收。提出了综合循环利用含锌物料的建议。
The paper introduces the basic principle of Waelz technology and the existing form and basic behaviour of valuable metals in rotary kiln processing. The technology can reeover Zn in production, and concentrate some valuable metals, like Pb, ln, Bi ere in secondary Zinc oxide, which is beneficial to further recovery. It aslo proposes suggestions on how to recycle Zine materials comprehensively in the end.
