摘要
文章论述了开槽倒角二焙一浸特优质改性阳极的生产及在电解槽上的应用与分析,验证了改性阳极在抗氧化性、效应控制和导电性等指标方面的优势,得出改性阳极使用周期延长至36~38d,换极工作量降低25%,吨铝可以节电175kW·h,符合铝电解行业节能减排的发展要求。
This paper illustrates the product of notch chamfer two - baking and one- dipping super prebaked anode and its practice in aluminum electrolysis, validates superiority of contradict oxidation and domino effect control and conductivity etc. Application Cyc of super prebaked anode is 36 - 38 day, workload of replacing anode reduce 25 % and saving energy 175 kW· h. It meets with the requirement of saving energy and reducing pouring of aluminum electrolysis calling.
