摘要
文章研究了用ICP-AES法快速测定锌合金中Al、Mg、Cu、Pb、Fe、Cd、Sn、Sb的分析方法,建立了最佳工作条件。考察了基体及酸度对被测元素分析线强度的影响,进行了共存元素干扰试验、精密度和准确性试验,测定了元素的检出限。方法简单、快速、准确,适用于锌合金成品样和炉前样的分析。
The analysis method of rapidly determine Al, Mg, Cu, Pb, Fe, Cd, Sn and Sb in zinc alloy by ICP - AES was studied. Optimum working condition were established. The effects of matrix and acidity on the spectral intensity of anaytical lines of the tested elements were investigated. The interference experiment from coexistence elements, precision and accuracy experiment were done and it determined detection limit of elements. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, suitable for analyzing finished product sample and stokehole sample of zinc alloy.
