Determination of Calcium,Aluminium,Magnesium and Silicon in Refining Slag by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

采用铂金坩埚电热熔融的方法制取玻璃片试样,应用X荧光光谱仪测定精炼合成渣中的CaO、Al2O3、MgO和SiO2,分析方法快速、准确,与传统的化学分析方法相比,精确度与准确度都能满足要求。

A rapid, accurate XRFs method for the analysis of refining slag is described in this paper. The slag sampie is melted in platinum crucible at 1 100 ℃, determining main and secondary element such as CaO,Al2O3 ,MgO and SiO2. The result is satisfactory comparable with those obtained by chemical analysis.
