昆钢四高炉安装微型冷却器实践

Practice on Installing Micro-Cooler for the No.4 Blast Furnace at Kunming Iron& Steel Co., Ltd.

昆钢四高炉采用微型冷却器修复破损冷却壁,通过对四高炉微型冷却器安装和维护的工作进行总结,摸索适应四高炉生产变化的冷却制度。从微型冷却器的尺寸、安装数量、开孔方式和日常维护管理等方面进行了改进。并对下一步安装微型冷却器提出还需改进的地方,达到保障高炉稳定顺行,实现延长高炉生产的目标。

The micro-cooler was used to renovated the damaged cooling staves for the No. 4 BF at Kunming Iron ＆ Steel Co. , Ltd.. After the installation and maintenance of the micro-cooler for No. 4 BF were summarized, the cooling system regarding production changes for No. 4 BF has been found out, and it was being gradually adapted. The size, the quantity, the opening mode, and routine main- tenance and management for the micro-cooler have been improved. In addition, the desired aspects to be improved for installing micro-cooler in the next stage were put forward so as to ensure stable operation of BF and to achieve the objective of lengthening production.
