我国高校篮球教练员的研究主要包括教练员个人基本情况、科研、训练3方面,而国外类似研究除涵盖以上内容外,还涉及到高校篮球教练员的资格与分类、选聘、日常管理、工作评价、培养提高等,内容明显多、全且重点突出,这些研究能从教练员个人和学校两方面对提高高校篮球教练员水平和能力提供帮助,建议我国今后相关研究增加相应内容。
