Study on Reasonable Caving Space for Pillarless Sublevel Caving with High Sublevel and Large Drive Interval

摘要 根据大红山铁矿高分段大间距无底柱分段崩落采矿法的结构参数,结合物理模拟实验和现场工业实验,研究了放出椭球体的排列规律,以回贫差作为目标函数建立数学模型,并运用matlab求解出最优崩矿步距。工业试验表明,所求最优崩矿步距与实际情况非常接近,说明用这种方法确定的最优崩矿步距是可靠的,对生产实际具有指导作用。 Based on the characteristics of such structural parameters as high sublevel and large drive interval of pillarless sublevel caving adopted by Dahongshan iron mine, combining with labo ratory physical simulation and on - site industrial test, the research was made on the arrangement of elliptical drawing body, a mathematic model was established by adopting the difference of recovmy and dilution as objective function, and the optimized caving space was calculated by using Matlab. With some on - site industrial tests, it was proved that the result obtained by mathematical analysis is very appropriable to engineering practice and the optinfized caving space which was determined by this method is reliable and can provide guidance for practical production.
