越南某难选铅锌矿石浮选分离试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 越南某铅锌矿石共生关系密切、嵌布粒度细小且铅锌硫矿物可浮性接近。采用25#黑药作铅矿物捕收剂,硫酸锌与DS组合作锌硫矿物的抑制剂抑锌硫优先浮铅,选铅尾矿经硫酸铜活化后以丁基黄药为锌矿物的捕收剂,成功实现了铅、锌分离,获得了品位51.22%、回收率86.42%的铅精矿,及品位46.63%、回收率为87.73%的锌精矿。 In view of the the characteristics of a lead - zinc ore from Vietnam, such as close intergrowth relation of lead - zinc sulphide minerals, fine dissemination size and similar floatability of lead - zinc sulphide minerals, a preferential flotation flowsheet used to first float the lead mineral and then to float the zinc mineral from the tailings of lead separation. No. 25 Dithiophosphate was used as the collector for lead mineral and the combination of zinc sulphate and DS agent was used as the depressor for zinc mineral in lead flotation, and bluestone as the activator and butyl xanthate as the collector for zinc mineral in zinc flotation. As the result, the separation of lead and zinc was achieved successfully, a lead concentrate with a the grade of 51.22% and recovery of 86.42% and a zinc concentrate with the grade of 46. 63% and recovery of 87.73% were obtained.
