Experimental Research on Separating Iron from Fly Ash Produced in Power Plant

摘要 采用螺旋溜槽和磁选方法对两种粉煤灰进行了分选铁的试验。溜槽分选铁的效果不好,精矿中铁的含量分别仅比原灰提高了4.86%和6.83%。通过一粗、一精、一扫的磁选,最终获得铁含量分别可达52.77%和50.95%的精矿,其回收率分别为69.71%和46.41%。 The experiments of separating iron from two fly ashes produced power plant by respectively using spiral chute separation and magnetic separation were carried out. The resuhs of spiral chute separation was not good, the content of iron in concentrate only was enhanced by 4.86% and 6.83% comparing with the fly ashes. Two iron concentrates with the grades of 52.77% and 50.95% and the recoveries of 69.71% and 46.41% respectively were obtained by magnetic separation flowsheet of one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging.
