摘要
服装定制是未来服装发展的趋势,文章研究了服装定制企业的特点及其现存的问题,结合理论和定制企业的实际,总结出一套比较适合服装定制企业的ERP策略,为企业成功导入ERP奠定基础。
Custom-tailor is a trend of garment development. The characteristics and problems of custom-tailor clothing enterprise were studied. Combined with the theory and the practice of customtailor enterprise,a set of ERP strategy feasible to the custom-tailor clothing enterprise was summarized.
