摘要
文化素质是人才素质中最基础的方面,而大学时期是个体文化素质养成的关键时期。高师院校培养目标的规定性和师范教育的人文性相应地对所培养对象的文化素质提出了更高的要求。在人才培养目标的定位和培养过程中,学校必须把文化素质教育作为教育教学工作的着力点,以努力提升师范生的文化品位、审美情趣、精神境界和智慧水平,从而为师范生的终生发展和为人师表奠定坚实的文化基础。
The cultural quality is the most basic aspect of the quality of talents, and the period of university is a critical period in the growth of individual cultural quality. The teacher training isthe training objectives in teachers college. For this reason, it has a higher demand in the cultural quality of the targets of the education.
