摘要
采用高浓低黏浆料作为部分替代PVA的主浆料,浆纱工艺以渗透为主,被覆为辅。因浆液黏度低,浆锅断头少,浆轴疵点少,纱线手感较柔软,浆膜完整,几乎不产生二次毛羽,经纱纠缠现象大为减少。同时,由于经纱回潮率大,对环境温湿度要求低,适应性更广,织造过程中不易造成脆性断头,织造效率明显提高。
It describes the use of high concentration and low viscosity size to replace part of PVA in yarn sizing mainly by permeating and helped with coating. This technology doesnt produce second hairiness and decrease twisting of warp ends because size liquid viscosity is low, ends break and defects on warp beam are few, yarn feeling is soft and size film is complete. The regain of the warp ends demands low environment condition, so it has high adaptability, making fewer fragility end breakage and raising weaving efficiency obviously. This technology raises the economic benefits greatly.
