摘要
随着我国进口羔羊毛的增加,因测试其平均纤维直径的纠纷也不断增加,究其原因是由于采用了不同的测试方法所致,以气流仪法与投影显微镜法所产生的结果差异最为典型。文章介绍了羔羊毛的纤维结构和基本特征,从测试方法原理论证了气流仪法与投影显微镜法对测试羔羊毛平均纤维直径所产生差异的原因,建议国内羊毛进口部门及生产厂家在订购国外羔羊毛时,合同中应特别对测试其纤维直径的标准方法予以规定,不采用气流仪法,从而避免测试结果的差异。
Disputes on the diameter of lamb wool increases with its import quantity increasing due to the different results tested by the different methods, especially by the airflow apparatus and the project microscope. The paper demonstrates the reasons that the different test results caused by these two methods from the viewpoint of their test principle based on the fiber structure and basic properties of lambs. It is suggested that the wool import departments and wool manufactures should stipulate the test method of the diameter in the contract, recommended against airflow apparatus method when they import lamb wool.
