摘要 提出一种基于B样条递推最小二乘的温度传感器非线性校正方法。利用具有低阶光滑特性的B样条函数进行逆向建模,有效地提高了校正精度;考虑到在线应用的实际需求,采用易于微处理器实现的递推最小二乘估计控制参数。分别对铂电阻和热电偶温度传感器进行了非线性校正,表明所提出的非线性校正方法具有样本点少、校正精度高、简单实用等优点,符合传感器向智能化、灵巧化方向发展的需求。 A nonlinearity correction approach for temperature sensors based on B-spline recursive least-squares is proposed. In order to improve correction accuracy effectively, the B-spline function with peculiarity of low-order smoothness is used to construct the inverse model;considering the practical needs for on-line application, the recursive least-squares easy to be implemented in MPU is adopted to estimate the control parameters. The nonlinearity correction experiments are carried out in the temperature sensors of thermal resistance and thermocouple. The proposed nonlinearity correction approach, which has the advantages of small sample size data, high correction accuracy, simplicity and practicability, accords with the requirements of intelligent sensor and smart sensor.
