摘要
研究了纵振超声换能器前端粘接胶层和匹配层参数(厚度、特性阻抗)的变化对换能器声能量辐射的影响。通过计算得到了多组最佳匹配厚度的组合,扩大了匹配层材料的可使用范围。计算结果表明:粘接胶层的厚度、匹配层的材料和厚度都对换能器的辐射功率有着较大影响。最后比较了换能器对水辐射时,粘接胶层和匹配层参数的设计方案,为实际匹配层的设计提供帮助。
The transmission coefficients of longitudinal vibration ultrasonic transducers are studied. The multigroup optimum matching thicknesses are given according to calculation. Once the glue is taken as the first matching layer, the specific material of the second layer can easily be found. The result shows that the parameters of the cohesive glue and matching layers have a great impact on the transmission coefficients. The parameters of each matching layer are accurately calculated and an optimum solution to the impedance match between a PZT transducer and a water load is also proposed, which is useful to the actual designing of matching layer.
