An intimate experience of physiology teaching through case history in medical students

摘要 目的:探讨病案教学方法在生理教学过程中的应用效果。方法:对2006级中西医结合专业2个班和护理专业2个班共148名学生分别采用病案教学方法和传统教学方法进行授课,期末由教务处统一命题考试,并对试卷进行分析,同时设计了相关调查问卷以了解学生对病案教学的看法。结果:病案教学组学生考试成绩明显高于传统教学组。结论:病案教学在生理教学中有一定的优势。 Objective: The propose of summarizing experience through case history in clinic medicine occupation students. Methods: An through case history was conducted in clinic medicine occupation students, ments of Statistics. Results: The achievements of examination in students and effect of physiology teaching investigation of physiology teaching based on the examination achieve- through case history high than the students through traditional teaching. Conclusions: Physiology teaching an advantageous in clinic medicine occupation students.
