400例无痛人流手术不良反应的观察与护理

无痛人流手术中不良反应主要包括肢体躁动、呼吸抑制、心率减慢、无意识呓语、注射痛等。通过采取加大麻醉剂用量,畅通呼吸道,加大氧流量,辅助呼吸以及阿托品静脉推注等措施后,手术均顺利完成。术后极少数病人有轻微头晕、恶心等症状,未见其他不良反应。

The side effects of this operation mainly include limbs quivered, respiratory, heart rate slowing up, unconscious talking and injecting pain and so on. Every case can be successfully finished by the means of increasing anesthetics, ventilating respiratory, increasing oxygen, subsidiary breathing and infecting atropine in vein. Only a few patients suffer slight dizziness or nauseas and other symptoms aren＂ t observed.
