How to build a scientific and rational system of teaching practice and carry on the good implementation and the consummation is a question which must ponder in the educational reform and first solve in professional colleges and universities. This article has carried on the preliminary analysis and the discussion on some bad present situations which displays in teaching practice in part of professional colleges and universities with the root and the counter measures in view of it.
