高校毕业生的思想现状分析及应对策略——关于中医院校医学英语专业毕业生思想现状的调查研究

Analysis of College Graduates' Status of Thoughts and Corresponding Strategy——Research into Graduates of Medical English of Colleges of Traditional Chinese Medicine

随着高校的进一步扩招,毕业生陆续进入就业高峰期,就业形势异常严峻。作为医学英语专业的毕业生,因专业的特殊性,其就业前途难以预知,面对这一形势,对即将从该专业毕业的学生的思想状况进行了调查,以问卷结合访谈的方式,分析和探讨了某中医院校医学英语专业毕业生的思想现状,并针对存在的问题提出了一些初步看法及解决的措施。

With the extended recruitment of college students, the graduates come into the peak of looking for occupations in succession and the situation of finding a job is very austere. It is hard to predict the future of taking up occupations for the graduates of medical English because of the particularity of their majors. Under this situation what the status of thoughts of the graduates of medical English major is like.9 We carry on a research to analyze and probe into the mental status of graduates of medical English of one College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, applying questionnaires combined with interviews. Besides we propose some tentative viewpoints and some measures to solute the problems.
