替代制冷剂R407G在冷水机组中的应用分析

摘要 探讨了非共沸混合制冷剂的传热性能,通过对比非共沸混合制冷剂和传统的单质制冷剂R32以及新型近共沸制冷剂R410A换热性能的差异,得到非共沸混合制冷剂R407C的换热系数低于R22以及R410A的结论,并且指出,额外的传质热阻是导致非共沸混合工质换热性能下降的主要原因。此外,还探讨了非共沸制冷剂所特有的组分迁移现象,指出了组分迁移现象发生的原因和制冷机组中可能发生组分迁移的区域,探讨了组分迁移对制冷机组性能的影响。 Measures for the protection of the stratospheric ozone layer have led to the phase-out of all chlorinated compounds including hydro chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs).Chlorine-free compounds, such as hydro fluorocarbons (HFCs) and their mixtures, have been proposed as substitutes. For HCFCs.R22 has been widely replaced by zeotropic refrigerant mixtures like R407C,it is necessary that the thermal performances of R407C are introduced in this paper.
