摘要
新增电气房是近几年海上老平台改造中经常遇到的问题。按规范要求,对新增电气房需要设置气体灭火系统,这通常可通过改造原有气体灭火系统或新增气体灭火系统加以解决。结合JZ9-3油田DRPW平台新增电气房气体灭火系统的方案设计,从灭火效果,环境保护、对象安全性、人员安全性、海上应用、方案实施难度、经济性等方面阐述设计方案比选的思路和方法,以期对今后的开发工程提供借鉴。
The new built electrical room is common modification on old platform in the recent oil/gas developing project. The gaseous extinguishing system shall be installed in the new built electrical room according to the standard requirement. Commonly, there are two methods: one is to modify the existed gaseous extinguishing system, the other is to add a new gaseous extinguishing system. On the base of the gaseous extinguishing system selection for the new built electrical room on DRPW platform modification of JZ9-3 oil project, fire fighting effect, environment protection performance, safety to the protected object, safety to personnel, offshore application, difficulty of implementation and cost are explained, This paper shows the method how to select the best design plan of gaseous extinguishing system. It is believed that the foregoing analysis is useful to the future oil/gas developing project.
