摘要
结合国内一典型船厂的设施和设备情况以及深水半潜式平台总体建造技术的特点，讨论了深水半潜式平台的概要总体建造方案，重点阐述了深水半潜式平台相对较大尺寸而带来的结构总体建造方法、大跨度立柱和上部结构的合拢方法、高强度和超高强度钢的焊接技术。对于船厂如何利用现有基础建造这种高附加值平台，提出了可供借鉴的总体建造方案。
According to the establishments and equipments in one national shipyard and the key fabrication technologies for the semi-submersible platform, principle fabrication plan for deep water semi-submersible platform is discussed in this paper. It is emphasized that the structure general fabrication sequence, erection sequence for the special width column and deck structure and some welding method for higher and super-higher strength steel plate are explained. It should promote national shipyard fabrication situation on offshore building in the world.
