海上自控温油嘴套的设计及应用

摘要 针对目前海上油井在油嘴处的结腊、死油等问题,研制出一种自动控制油嘴温度的油嘴套。该技术主要由壳体、油嘴、端盖、PTC加热芯、绝缘层、内散热器、外散热器、丝堵八个部分构成。现场试验应用表明,使用自控温油嘴套以后,井口的油压下降,井温上升,油嘴堵塞下降,提高了原油产量,节约了生产成本,满足油田生产的需要。 Based on the question of wax deposit and dead oil in choke of offshore wells, a self-regulating temperature choke seat is developed by author. The choke seat is composed of shell body, choke, end shield, PTC heat chip, isolation layer, inner radiator, outer radiator and blank plug. The field test indicates that the oil pressure falls, well temperature ascends and the degree of choke plugging is palliated, which can increase the crude production, save manufacturing cost and satisfy the need of field production, using the self-regulation temperature choke seat.
