摘要
在海洋工程导管架安装设计中，扶正分析涉及众多的设计过程，而且关系到后续的坐底稳性及强度设计，如何遵循规范安全的将导管架扶正并最大可能的降低安装费用，找到最佳的扶正方案是设计人员所关注的，结合实例运用SACS与MOSES程序对导管架进行扶正分析来阐述这一问题。
Upending analysis is a very important design phase in offshore installation design because a lot of designs have relationship with it. How to find a plan which can upend the jacket safely and cost small is the engineer pursueing purpose. With an example, this paper illustates this problem using the software of SACS and MOSES.
