摘要
齿轮齿条的强度是关系整个平台安全性能的一个重要因素,对其进行强度校核非常必要。借助ANSYS有限元分析程序,采用参数化方法与数值插值法相结合,建立了某自升式修井平台升降系统齿轮与齿条三维几何模型,在此基础上采用三维接触有限元法分别对正常升降、应急升降及平台预压载荷工况下的弯曲强度、接触强度进行了数值分析,得到了弯曲应力、Von Mises应力与接触应力。从而为齿轮齿条升降装置进行可靠性分析及疲劳分析奠定了基础。
Strength of gear and rack is an important factor for calculate and check it. Precise geometry models of gear the whole platform safety, so it is very necessary to and rack are established by using ANSYS program and method. On this foundation, numeral analysis of bending and contacting strength is carried out for the normal elevating case, the emergency elevating case and the pre-loading case, then bending strength, Von-Mises strength and contacting strength are got respectively. They are the base for reliability and fatigue analysis of gear and rack driven set.
