摘要
以埕岛油田某导管架式海洋平台为例,研究了服役中后期老龄海洋平台的极限承载力。首先,考虑服役中后期的老龄平台结构腐蚀损伤等情况,建立不同的有限元模型;进行了波浪力、冰力等荷载的计算;最后,考虑材料非线性和几何非线性,当载荷沿平台的不同方向作用时,计算平台桩顶的最大位移与横向载荷的关系曲线,根据位移与载荷曲线计算平台的极限承载力,利用强度储备系数分析了平台的安全强度储备。
Taking the offshore jacket platform in Chendao as an example, the load-carrying capacity of an aged platform is investigated. First, different FE models are modelled in order to consider the corrosion, fatigue conditions from inspection of the aged platform. Then environmental loads such as wave loading, ice loading are computed. Finally, the relationship between the laterally horizontal loads and the top displacement is obtained when the nonlinearity is taken into account. From the relationship, the ultimate load-carrying capacity of the aged platform can be evaluated. The platform safety condition is assessed from strength reserve factor.
