摘要
旅大32-2PSP平台原油储罐的设计温度为65℃,而非罐区的结构温度是随着环境温度的变化而变化的,所以平台在考虑正常载荷的同时,还需要考虑非罐区结构由温度变化而产生的温度应力。分析计算表明,温度应力是对平台结构设计影响最大的因素之一,也是设计的难点和重点,因此,介绍如何通过结构上的优化设计来减小温度应力对整体结构的影响乃是有意义的。
A larger crude oil tank which is about 12600m^3 is designed on LD32-2PSP platform topside. The oil tank design temperature is 65℃, but the temperature of non-tank area should be changed with the environment, so the temperature stress caused by the different temperature change between the non-tank area structure and the tank area structure should be considered together with the normal loads. According to the analysis results, the temperature stress is one of the maximum factors in the topside design, which appears more difficult and important. Therefore it is significant how to optimize the structure to reduce the temperature stress of the topside structure.
