The Piping Shop Design of FPSO Topside Modules

在海洋石油开发领域中，浮式生产储油装置（以下简称FPSO）是集油气处理、储油与卸油、发电、控制和生活功能为一体的海上油气处理装置。FPSO主要由船体、上部模块和单点系泊系统三大部分组成，是石油与船舶等工业的集成装置。FPSO上部模块管线的施工量占整个模块建造的比重很大，而管线的加工设计工作又是制约管线施工的重要因素，为提高现场的施工效率，便于施工管理，以MODEC项目越南FPSO的管线加工设计为例，总结出对FPSO上部模块管线加工设计的一些方法，为今后FPSO的建造提供借鉴。

The topside pipe work takes great portion of the whole work for the fabrication of the FPSO. Since the piping shop design is the key factor for improving the efficiency of the field pipe work, it is necessary to summarize and abstract some of the practical methods of the piping shop design. This paper gives some mature tips of the piping shop design which are summarized from MODEC TSJOC project and it would be a reference for the future shop design of FPSO.
