摘要
海上油/气田开发项目是一项投资大、技术含量高、风险大、涉及范围广的系统工程。做好工程各类计划编制、实施,是保证工程项目按照总体开发方案所确定的预算和时间目标完成的关键之一。计划管理的渐进性以及在工程实施过程中,因各种原因造成的工程实际进展与计划之间的差异,要求计划管理实施过程控制,掌握计划执行情况、判断差异可能导致的后果、并对计划进行及时修订和调整。从这个角度出发,以一个海上工程项目中的设计计划管理为例,阐述了如何在设计阶段应用P3E/C管理软件进行网络计划编制实现工作进度控制。旨在解决公司项目在运行中的一些问题,以更高效更切实的方式,发挥计划管理在项目管理中的作用。
Offshore oil & gas oilfield development project concems comprehensive aspects. It always needs great investment and high technology, and has great risks. Thus it is fatal to complete budget and schedule in every stage of the project in order to reach the goals which are set originally. Plan management is of gradation. And in the process of project construction, the progress of the project cannot comply with what the plan requires due to various kinds of unexpected factors. Consequently the main role of plan management is to perform process control, acquire performance feedback, detect possible outcome, and finally adjust the plan in time. Taking designing plan management in an offshore project as an example, this paper introduces how to compile network plan and control progress of the project with the employment of P3E/C sol, ware. The aim is to solve problems arising from operation and improve the efficiency of the project and realize the effect of plan management in project management.
