摘要
随着经济全球化进程加快和知识经济时代初见端倪,人力资源的竞争已成为各国发展的关键。根据当代人力资源管理的新趋势和我国人力资源管理中存在的问题,我国人力资源开发与管理的对策应是:搞好人才资源队伍建设;抓好人力资源的开发培养;创新人才成长与发挥作用的激励机制。
With the space of economic globalization and knowledge economy era appears, the competition in human resource has been the key of development. According to modern new tendency of human resource management, there are some problems in our human resource management. Then, the countermeasures to exploitation and man- agement should be: enhance building talented people resource colony; perfect exploitation and training; improve the encourage mechanics in training innovation talented people and give full play to their skill.
