论实践型民法教学模式的构建

On the Construction of the Type of Practice in Civil Law Teaching

对法科学生实务能力的培养,既是教学改革的需要,也是民事司法实践的需要。因此,可采用模拟法庭、诊所教学等方法,构建起贯穿民法教学过程始终的实践型教学模式。它要求教师具有正确的理念、合理的知识结构、丰富的法律实务经验和较强的驾驭实践型教学的能力。

This article discusses the cultivation of actual abilities of pupils by adopting such teaching methods as model courts and clinic - teaching in order to construct the type of practice through the process of civil law teaching and meet the needs of teaching reform and civil judicial practice. Teachers who apply the type of practice teaching model should have not only the correct ideas but the reasonable knowledge structure, rich experiences in actual legal matters and stronger abilities of controlling the type of practice teaching model as well.
