马长寿与藏彝民族走廊研究

On Mr.MA Changshou and Studies of Tibetan-Yi Ethnic Corridor

阐述了藏彝走廊的概念及马长寿先生对这一走廊的民族研究概况。着重指出他对该走廊中羌、藏、彝等民族及其民系的历史、文化、宗教从事过大量而深入的田野考察和研究,撰写出一批有重大影响的专著和论文,扩大了学术视野。认为马先生是这条走廊民族研究奠基人之一。

This paper elaborates the idea of the Tibetan--Yi Ethnic Corri dot and Mr. MA Changshou＇s researches into this corridor, and points out that he has made considerable amount of in--depth field studies and researches into the Qiang, Tibetan, and Yi Ethnic Minorities along the ethnic corridor and their history, culture and religion, and written quite a number of influential mono- graphs and academic papers in this field. It argues that Mr. MA is one of the pioneers in studying the ethnic groups along the corridor.
