摘要
通过研究心理契约、组织信任的内涵,分析心理契约的构建和组织信任的形成机制,探讨心理契约、组织信任对人们的行为影响及其之间的相互关系,提出增强组织信任、调试员工行为的有效策略。
The paper mainly analyzed the mechanism of psychological contract and organizational trust based on their concepts, discussed the influence of psychological contract and organizational trust on people's behavior, and the relationships among them. It provided some effective strategies to improve organizational trust and regulate employees' behaviors.
