军队医院隐性软实力结构与实现路径研究

Research on Implicit Soft Power Structure and Realization in Military Hospital

目的寻求现阶段军队医院快速可持续发展的软实力结构与路径。方法系统思维法与实践验证法。结果初步构建了军队医院"发展理念+管理理念+核心价值+主体精神"的隐性软实力结构模型:提出了"以文化理念为引领,以技术人才为重点,以专科技术为优势,以细节服务为路径,以人性管理为手段,构建核心价值,打造团队精神,培植学科优势,塑造品牌魅力,形成形象引力"的实践军队医院隐性软实力体系的主体路径。结论软实力体系的建构与培育,是现阶段军队医院建设的核心要素,是军队医院可持续发展的基石。

Objective To explore the soft power structure and realization method for rapid and sustainable development of military hospital. Methods Systematic thinking method and practice verification method were applied. Results The implicit softpower structure model for military hospital including development concepts, management ideas, core value and subject spirit was composed. The realization method including ＂lead by culture concept, focusing on technical talents, taking advantage of special technology, through detailed service and human nature management, constructing core value and team spirit, developing subject advantage, figuring brand fascination, and forming attraction＂ was presented. Conclusion Construction and development of soft power system is necessary and fundamental for sustainable development of military hospital.
