Research and application of scale inhibitor for reverse osmosis membrane

利用溶液聚合的方法以丙烯酸、丙烯磺酸钠等单体为原料合成了含磺酸基的多元共聚物,并与有机膦酸、低分子量的聚丙烯酸等水处理药剂按一定比例进行复配研制成反渗透阻垢剂TM-1,通过动态实验室阻垢实验和在工业生产反渗透系统中的使用,证明TM-1对CaCO3垢、CaSO4垢,铁盐、硅垢等有很好的阻垢效果.

Copolymer containing sulfonic acid is synthesized by use of the method of solution polymerization, being taken acrylic acid, and propene sulfoacid sodium etc. as materials, then is compounded to TM- 1 reverse osmosis scale inhibitor together with water treatment reagent such as organic phosphate, low molecule polyacrylic acid etc. according to a certain proportion. Through experiments of dynamic anti - scaling, and being used for reverse osmosis system in industrial production, it is certified that this scale inhibitor has very good antiscaling effect on CaCO3 scale, CaSO4 scale, iron salt, silicon scale and so on.
